“Far from five-star standards, despite five-star prices”
The hotel charges five-star prices but delivers far less. Cleaning was poor (bedding not changed, floor not cleaned properly), the room was outdated, and basic convenience was missing. Breakfast and dinner were disappointing, and services like laundry were overpriced. Overall, far from a true five-star experience

I sent pictures of a room to my friend and she had a suggestion to change the curtains, claiming they were old, didn't fit in these rooms and didn't look nice either.

This was a real luxury experience. The staff, especially Mr. Safwan and Mr. Fiaz Ali, were very attentive. The price was very good and the view was excellent. The breakfast was amazing.

“It was a wonderful experience—I loved everything there, especially the Ramadan atmosphere.”
The room was spacious, the variety of food at ramadan iftar and Suhoor was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The reception staff were very kind, especially Imad and Safwan, who were both friendly and welcoming.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at High crest The facilities were clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Safwan He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to his helpful recommendations, he truly made me feel at home. Thank you for making my visit so memorable! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
