Clean place Good breakfast

Everything was fine, except break fast. Many multi national families are visiting/staying in the property. Hence, the break fast menu should include varieties of dishes/items (such as Inter Continental/Asian cuisine) to consider everyone. Hope it will improve. All other facilities are exceptional and most recommendable.

breakfast was good with continental and Arabic limited veg options. pool was great with depth up to 1.8m. had booked for 3 adults in a single room was ready with extra bed and check in took only two minutes. staff were super friendly.

We drove from Muscat, about one hour and twenty minutes, mostly new very good roads carved through the mountains in the desert. You come across this beautiful new resort, dropped like an oasis between the mountains and the sea! Not many guests at the hotel, so we were kindly upgraded from a standard room to a suite, which was enormous, comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the Marina. The reception staff were very helpful. Everywhere in the hotel is clean, shiny and attractively designed, and our room kept spotless by Muslim. Monir brought some extra little things we needed to our room. The meals are delicious and were served beautifully in the spacious airy restaurant by Esther, Asharaf, Jejeesh, Roshean, Hasindu, Rippon and John. The pool area in the centre of the hotel is excellent, with attentive pool staff. We walked around the Marina to the beach, and also drove 5 minutes (there is also free shuttle service) to The Dunes, a really beautiful white sand beach, with a restaurant, loungers and parasols.

When I came in at the reception I was told I was not booked. I showed him confirmation via Email on my phone. He reluctantly accepted and booked me in Room 101. When I got into the room to my shock the room is for the disabled!!!!!. I returned back to the reception he assigned me a different room 112. It was very Bad experience

Perfect place for family stay in Oman! We enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very helpful and responsive to any requests we have, even washing the car. The place is very clean, and loved not only by people, as we saw turtles in the sea at the hotel beach! Highly recommended place! We will really consider coming back
