“DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA”
I had a horrible experience booking this. We traveled 2 hours just to get there and the moment we arrived, the owner told us that we cannot stay due to power problems. I have been contacting the owner from morning about the location and I didn't get any response. Then, we arrive 1:45 pm to checkin. That was also the time when the owner send a message that she cannot accommodate us. The travel time, the heat, the food we arranged and everything we prepare were wasted because of this very irresponsible host.

Took the money for non arrival, after asking to cancel for free, becouse off small space. Money hungry, not friendly.

“Don’t recommend to stay here”
We decided to check out the next day because there was no warm water and the apartment was dirty. They never returned the deposit we payed cash and they also didn’t refund the 2nd night we checked out.

“Great way to relax in a nice, cozy quiet place”
wonderful, quiet little house near the beach. You have everything you need, even a grill. Complimentary nespresso tabs and water. WIFI was strong and didn't fail. Parking right in front of the house. Loved the pool too. The people (guests, owners?) in the compound were also super friendly.

“Best place in Muscat for an escape to a quiet relaxing paradise.”
Excellent location for R&R. Home away from home but still very close to Muscat. Good area for walking and enjoying the sea. The host was easily reachable and vey supportive.
