Karina was an exceptional host. Everything was clear when we checked in and all facilities were amazing. The evening meal was delicious and breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this accommodation and the choice to take this beautiful route to finish out Camino del Norte experience over the alternative in joining into Arzua

“Highly recommend for a stay on the Camino del Norte new/ upper route”
Right on the Camino del Norte new route, halfway between Sobrado and Lavacolla. Great communal space inside and out for hot or cold weather. Sink for washing, and outside washing lines. Washing machine extra. Very warm welcome. Dinner and breakfast for an extra 20€ - nowhere else to eat so recommended. The meal was freshly home-cooked, the quality and flavour was amazing. We had a double room with shared bathroom which was shared with one other.

“Perfect place to stay if taking this Camino alternative”
This was a fantastic place to stay - a beautiful rural home in a very quiet rural community, with a lovely back patio / lawn for us to sit and relax on after a long day on the Camino. It is located on an alternative Camino del Norte route (with minimal other services on the legs either side of it), but made it worthwhile coming this way. Guests also have full use of the kitchen and lounge areas. The owner was able to offer us a home-cooked dinner option, which was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable.

“Quiet place on alternate Camino route.”
The room was comfortable and clean. It’s a really quiet place away from the main Camino route. They offered dinner and breakfast for 20 euros. It was run by a family who live on the premises.

Great option to sleep over if you chose this path on your camino. The house owners were very nice and offered variety of services from cooking nice dinner to washing your clothes (just the price was not the cheapest). The garden space was great if you got nice weather to enjoy it.

“Beautiful and kind welcome from lovely hosts”
This house was a real find near the end of our Camino! The host Karina was so lovely, really helpful and kind, the accommodation was perfect, the terrace was so peaceful and relaxing and we opted for the evening meal which was a delicious 3 course meal, cooked by the gentleman (whose name I forgot) which we ate on the terrace. There is an "honesty fridge" and a washing machine/dryer. Honestly one of the best accommodations on the Camino. Thank you!

“Overpriced Albergue, but a beautiful spot.”
It’s great because it’s the only place to stay at in this region. Definitely a great little yard where the sun hits beautiful. A little balcony too, and a cosy little house. It was lovely people hosting, friendly and helpful.

Very nice one night stay here.. very nice people, comfortable house & garden, comfy bed… it was nice to be able to use all of the house, felt a bit like being home. The bathroom was shared between two private rooms, which was OK. Dinner & Breakfast were quite good

“Great stop on the Camino del Norte!”
Location perfect on the Camino del Norte. Well received and put our walking shoes in front of the fire, we arrived soaked! Daniel and Karina are amazing hosts and the dinner was five star, thanks guys!!!

“Nice and Kind owners”
The position is strategical for those that chose the shortcut from Boimorto to Lavacolla in the Camino. The owner have been very kind and gave us the only room with privat bathroom ( very appreciated). Very nice vegetarian dinner
