“I'd have been happier if I could have had a hot shower.”

“Couldn’t get away quick enough”
Nothing really. 4 floor walk up no elevator, shitty curtains that didn’t fit, bathroom ceiling clearly in need of repair after a flood. Tired decor, grubby, and to date in 38 days of different Hostal/Albergues/hotels the most expensive by far. €80 jeez lads wake up. Actually the receptionist was polite, and helpful. But the phrase ‘Polishing a turd’ comes to mind…. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

“Great albergue”
The room was spacious. The private bathroom was spacious as was the connecting space. Windows allowed easy access to a clothesline. Spaces were well appointed. Staff were genial and attentive.

“Comfortable and clean stay”
The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was great as it was very central and close to some lovely places to eat and drink. It was fairly basic but clean and all that I needed so I was happy!

“A quiet place to stay for a pilgrim passing through”
The dormitory room was quiet at night with lights off early. There’s a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to shops and restaurants

“Very disappointing”
There was no breakfast. We were on 4th floor with no lift . We are all in our seventies and had walked 14 Mike's that day which properties must have known as its on the camino
