“A true waterfront retreat with stunning views and exceptional privacy.”

Excellent location with easy access to the beach and wonderful, friendly staff. The villa was cosy, private, and standalone, with the added bonus of having our own kayak to explore the lagoon. There’s also a great nearby spot, Cecil Hut, serving delicious food. A special mention to the lovely Gardner, who kindly arranged fresh coconuts for us on request, they were incredibly fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

“Tropical Paradise Escape”

Loved the hospitality that started when we were met at the airport and continued throughout our stay. The position of the villas and views were outstanding. Also loved that there were only 3 villas so most of the time there was little people traffic. Beautiful place.

The location is so perfect and private, and better than the advertisement photo. The coconut trees have grown alot!!

“Good value accommodation in Aitutaki.”

There were only 3 bungalows on the property. The owner met us at the airport with a lei of flowers which was a nice gesture. The bungalow was basic but was self contained with pots, pans etc. the AC worked well and shower pressure was also good and there were kayaks for guests to use. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. The beach was directly out the front of the bungalows. You really do need a car when staying on Aitutaki, and especially given this property is not really within walking distance to the main village. We discovered dinner place nearby called Cecil Hut which served delicious island bbq dinner - would highly recommend.

The view was amazing. Self catering and the host was not onsite. Only basics supplied no water no milk and shops not within walking distance

Amazing location right on the beach-a real tropical paradise! Banana lounges on the sand and an outdoor table and chairs on the deck. Great to have air con for the warm nights. Extra towels for the beach and a clothes line on the deck.

“Beachfront paradise”

Beautiful beach front properties, very secluded, peaceful. A lovely take away and hike up to the highest point in short walking distance. We were collected and taken to the grocery store to get supplies and motorcycle hire was arranged for us so the bike was dropped off and ready.

Amazing location! Amazing views! So quiet and peaceful it felt like we were on our own private beach. Friends stayed up the road at a 'flash' resort and they commented they'd prefer to be staying at Aitutaki Seaside.

The views are absolutely stunning, stress free being picked up from the Airport and dropped off at the Airport. Welcomed with a smile and a floral neck lei. Tearoa was welcoming and very helpful and lovely. We will definitely stay again at Aitutaki Seaside 😁

We loved our stay at Aitutaki Seaside, the location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We loved exploring the lagoon out front and also waking up everyday and walking straight out onto the beach. It’s a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets each day too. The accommodation is simple and charming, and clean - perfect for an island retreat. The grounds are well cared for. Tearoa is an amazing host, she’s such a lovely person and really kind and helpful.

it was a perfect location to just chill and enjoy the beautiful beach and location my wife and I had a relaxing time and would recommend going for a min 3 nights - the hosts meet us at the airport and drove us to the accommodation - the people of the Island are so welcoming - its just perfect

This accommodation is really lovely! Super clean and bright! And location is very good, it has beautiful sea view in front you! And it’s very private! So peace and quiet! Also not far away from airport. And the owner she is so nice,so kind and so humble, and also so warm! Very worthy your each dollars! I will definitely come back to stay at my next visit :)
