The staff were so so so friendly and accommodating

Savannah is the BEST PLACE I have stayed at so far: I was welcomed by Farida who is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, clean, neat, great environment, the food is amazing, I loved every minute of my stay. Frank the owner is also an amazing person, he helped me out planning many many things including my safari trip, my connections to other cities (Moshi, Dar Es Salaam, etc) was flexible with my arrivals and departures and arranged me keeping my luggage between trips. The place is cozy and welcoming, you can meet people easily (staff members or visitors). The food is delicious at breakfast and the location is not to far from Arusha's center if you want to discover other areas during the days and the night. It is possible to ask for laundry against payment. I HAVE LOVED every minute of my stay in Savannah's House. I recommend it 100%!! Thank you for this experience, I hope to come back.

“Hidden treasure!!!”

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful lodge, with a marvelous, super friendly team. The rooms are very spacious and guarantee total privacy. The meals were all very much appreciated. I highlight the green spaces, with a lush and incredible view, lovely bonfire everyday with cold beer while the staff teach some Swahili language words, everyone looks professional and love what they're doing , Savannah house it’s my second home

had a wonderful stay at Savannah Hotel.What made this place truly special were the two sisters who work there m,incredibly kind, warm and caring. From the very first day I felt welcomed and looked after like family. A special thank you to Farida who is an amazing person with a beautiful heart.On my last day she even made braids for me, which was such a lovely and unforgettable gesture. The hotel is very clean,calm and peaceful,perfect for relaxing.The bed was extremely comfortable,and I slept very well every night. Breakfasts were delicious,and even when I had to leave very early in the morning,they prepared a takeaway breakfast for my journey,which I truly appreciated. Thank you for the warmth,care and beautiful memories. I will remember this place for a long time and I would happily come back. Asante Sana.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were so lovely, and also had the most incredible food here too. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Arusha.

This was a very beautiful property and the staff were great. They welcomed us at 1AM with a smile and were so kind and helpful. The breakfast (included) is enormous and delicious! I also recommend eating the local Swahili dinner. It's worth the 10$.

Amazing place, the ladies that are managing the place are making the most to make you feel welcome and to answer all the requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner. And the decoration of the whole hotel is just a piece of art!

Good location away from the busyness of the centre, and close to amenities. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the dinner was worth it.

Received a very warm welcome, and the dinner & breakfast was so generous! Cute & cozy oasis in an unassuming location. Clean and spacious rooms with hot water (like actually hot water) in the bathrooms. The fire at night was a nice touch too. Would be the perfect place for those looking for a place to relax before/after a safari, or a backpacker looking to treat themselves!

- Very nice location and beautiful decoration in and outside of bedrooms - offer of having a traditional dinner, which was delicious - bonfire at night that creating a relaxing atmosphere - oustanding staff (extremely friendly and communicative), so we felt very welcomed at this place
