They are great at providing direction and follow up. I was travelling on business, I felt safe and cared for. Their place is very comfortable, the breakfast is awesome. They organized for me a taxi the next day.

The Owner is super helpful and friendly. They make you feel like home and have alot Informations for you what to do.And Nice hostel both inside and outside. Super clean. Warm steady shower and a super comfy bed. An excellent, modern hotel in a central location. This has huge rooms, with all the conveniences; comfortable beds, large bathroom, cable TV with many channels. There is a restaurant and bar on the roof, with a nice mixture of western and local cuisine; tasty meals and good value for money. And the staff are absolutely first rate; friendly, efficient and so helpful. They organised a pickup and dropoff to the airport, a driver who took me to Duluti Lake when I wanted to go there for a hike, even someone to come to the hotel to help me set up a local sim card for my phone. I was never there, because I couldn't find it. After searching for an hour. Nobody knows it in the area. So I booked another hotel there. Waste of time and money, but at least they cancelled for free. The number just works on whatsapp

We booked 2 nights to stay at Saza adventures but We ended up staying more nights cause we felt at home.Price is worth it.Very affordable and nice rooms and garden.Very friendly people i met here....

The staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. The room is perfect the curtain gives plenty of privacy and the shower is big and clean. The owner is super nice and showed a lot of kindness. For backpackers, totally appropriate and with a sofa in the hall to meet other people.Saza adventures is such a good place to stay in Arusha

The place is in the safe and calm place of Arusha,or at least we had this feeling. We spent 1 night there between our safaris and we could take a nice rest.The stuff was very friendly.Kelvin organized a trip for us with his company.I recommend everything about this place.I will definitely book here again on my next trip
