“Quiet spacious friendly homestay”

Very modern spacious house located away from the chaos of the city centre. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast is delicious. You can have a cooked dinner here which is worth having as an extra. There is a supermarket across the busy road.

Osotwa Maasai Hostel is peaceful and very clean place to stay. Judith and Mona were always friendly and helpful. They made good dinner for us.

We felt here like at home! We came back to this place several times during our holidays, and the hosts were always friendly. The beds were big and comfortable. They also have mosquito net, hot water, and all necessary stuff. Thanks a lot for hospitality!

Unbeatable price-quality ratio. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. We had delicious pancakes for breakfast and the staff were available and willing to help.

Perfect rooms at affordable prices.

The staff is lovely, I arrived late night and needed to leave early in the morning so I didn't experienced much the hotel, but everyone was so nice to me, they were worried about my breakfast and they left something done for me to eat before I leave. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner in good conditions and the space is very clean in general.

Osotwa is a clean, nice & chill hostel. We stayed here for a month and it was perfect for me and my 2 friends to stay at as it was affordable & close to our volunteer placements and town! The staff are lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

The hostel is spacious, clean and the staff are very friendly. The hostel is quite centrally located not far from the main street with all the stores, bars and restaurants. The bed was large and very comfortable.

“Stay before and after Kilimanjaro”

They were very friendly and adaptative to our needs. The first night we asked if they could prepare dinner for us and Judi cooked us a delicious meal. Also Malaika walked us to an ATM where we could withdraw money. We were going to do the Kilimanjaro so we asked them if they could keep our luggage until we came back. So in general were really helpful and gave us all we needed.

We were a group of 4 students traveling through Arusha before starting safari. This was a beautiful clean property. We were welcomed by the lovely hosts. The beds were very comfortable and 3 out of the 4 bunks had mosquito nets. The bathrooms were lovely - clean with great water pressure and warm water! Breakfast was served at the time of our choosing and was very tasty! The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

everything perfect, very clean, great facilities, Peter the owner is very helpful and friendly , the kitchen was very good, good value for money , delicious breakfast , quiet and peaceful , hot shower and good wifi if there is electricity (load shedding is at the moment happening all over Tanzania and not just in this place). I had a great stay and highly recommend this place

“Perfect, welcoming!”

Judith, Angel and Peter were the best, they made me feel at home and helped me with everything! I could even join dinner with the staff, which was really nice as a female solo traveler after a very long traveling day there. In the morning Peter was so kind to drive me to my public transportation, and wait together with me and arrange the tickets for it! The whole place isn’t too big, but feels spacious, and cozy at the same time. I had a private room with a soft bed provided with a mosquito net and some big closets. Both the dinner and breakfast were amazing and more than enough for me! I would recommend it too anyone, especially people traveling solo, even though when I was there I was the only guest there because of low season :)

The host, Judith, is extraordinarily friendly and accommodating and helped me out whenever needed. Everything was nice and clean and the area, although a bit off the centre, is safe with a few nice places to eat.

“Perfect fit”

The stay has been the perfect fit for me and my friend! The rooms and accommodations were wonderful and the staff was very friendly! Nice breakfast in the morning too. You even get a key the front gate so you can go and come as you please without having to make any arrangements. The location is nice - not too far away from clock tower Also it’s located near a lot of small local restaurants where you can eat some nice food 😄
