This place was just great! David is a great host and an interesting person. Good conversation and good advices. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Great bed! The outside sitting area is nice and the WiFi works great everywhere. The breakfast was fresh, since there's an orchard in the property. Excellent coffee as well. The staff was very smiling and nice. I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to be back. Highly recommended.

“The perfect place to arrive in Arusha”

New Dream House is a nice place in the Eastern part of Arusha. We just stayed for one short night before our departure, and found it very pleasant. The Owner David is super friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond hosting, and managed to book bus tickets for me and brought my friend to the airport. If you need a quiet and relaxing place to arrive in Arusha, this is a very good place to be.

“Amazing place”

The house located to a village and green neighborhood, the house a short tour around the village is soo green, thank David the your staff.

New, clean villa in a quiet location near a mountain river. The sitting room is lovely and there's a covered outdoor breakfast area with power sockets. About 10 minutes' walk to the highway where there's shopping and a nightclub.

My sister and me we stayed two nights and had a really good time. Nice people and nice house in the middle of Avocado and Banana trees, a bit outside of arusha.

“Very nice calm and kind place”

It's a very lovely private house in village hill side of Kwa Mrefu, 10 minutes with motorbike taxi outside of Arusha. Nice and quiet. Wonderful countryside and village people. The owners of New Dream House are very kind and caring, they are always there and available 24h on phone. They make a nice breakfast in the outside sitting place. Offer a car taxi service. It's still also nice to walk the way down to main road. The house is clean and lovely. Very good budget price. You can walk also at night, I never had problems, just have a light at your phone for the walk way.

I absolutely loved staying at the New Dream House. Anna made me feel like family from the first day. I stayed for three weeks and the breakfast really was amazing every single day. Anna put so much love in everything! The house is located in a small village surrounded by banana, mango and avocado trees, animals and little houses with friendly families. And it’s super peaceful and quiet. I’m so glad I stayed there and already miss it! Thanks Anna for being such an amazing host and friend ❤️

“A place of extraordinary hospitality and warmth”

Anna is such an amazing host, and helped to make our time in Arusha truly special. We already miss her! It was valentines day and we arrived to a room decorated with candles and rose petals in the most charming fashion. Everything at the residence was in good order, comfortable and quiet. Our room had a private bathroom with plenty of hot water and space to organize our things. The bed was comfortable and multiple windows gave us a view to lush, cozy surroundings. Occasionally a young kid would walk by the alley behind the house on the way to school. This is a home in a beautiful neighborhood away (not far) from the bustling downtown. We enjoyed our breakfast early in the morning with delicious local food, juice and hot coffee before heading out on a safari. There is a beautiful covered table in the yard with plenty of light and electricity for relaxing, planning and conversation. David also arranged for our guide Martin to take us from the airport everywhere we needed, including to pick up SIM cards and haggle for a good price in the local markets on a bag we needed. We spent a great deal of time with Martin and Anna and loved every minute. They are ambassadors to the world of how special the country of Tanzania is. It’s difficult to describe the vibrance and hospitality that greets you everywhere you go. I know this might sound exaggerated but it’s just that special — come stay with these wonderful hosts and see it for yourself.

It has been a lovely stay with David and Ana. We felt home since the very first moment. They welcomed us warm-heartedly! The location is beautiful. It’s surrounded by many banana farms. And you can see both Mt Meru and Mt Kilimanjaro. They have been lovely to us! We definitely recommend spending some time there !! Asante sana!
