“Beautiful quite retreat”

Extremely nice staff, helpful in any situation. Hotel is situated in a rather quite area outside town Center and has a beautiful garden.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and let us check out late due to having an early evening flight.

“Good start for a Safari and quiet place”

We spend 4 nights in the Hotel. The service was good and friendly. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was also good, however the prices where high. The Hotel itself was good, also the pool and the garden looks nice.

This a lovely authentic hotel with the friendliest of staff who did everything possible to make our staff comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained and a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of Arusha beyond the hotel gates. The food was good and always freshly cooked.

“A comfortable stay perfect for recharging”

A really good hotel with very sweet staff that did their best to meet our needs and our requests. The power came back on very quickly after blackouts (less than one minute), and the beds were very comfortable. The driver was on time and the food was excellent, although a limited menu in the restaurant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff were very welcoming, down to earth and keen to please. The location itself was very quiet and peaceful with large grounds and plenty of space. There was a view of the top of Mt Meru from the back of the building. Good value all in all

We had reservations for several dates. The communication beforehand was very good. The hotel arranged the airport transfer well. The accommodation was in a small street. Very nice landscaped area. The staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Jonathan the manager of the hotel was always ready to solve our requests. He organized the Ngorongoro safari very well. We had a fantastic picnic in the National Park. The hotel's kitchen also performed well. The surroundings of the hotel were surprising at first, but it was safe to walk the streets. I wish you good luck. The free wifi worked well. It has a nice and clean pool with cold water. (22°C)

Very nice, clean and relaxing place with a great garden and pool.

Good stay after or before Safari. From hotel to JRO is approx 1 hour. Staff friendly and helpful.

Quiet location, beautiful gardens, clean comfortable beds, staff were very helpful, food was delicious and well portioned (proper woodfire pizza was excellent), same day laundry service, swimming pool was clean and fresh.

It was mostly quiet.

We had a good stay in this hotel which is close to the Meru Forest. The staff is very nice and friendly and the restaurant is good. There is a big garden and a nice pool. I would recommend it for one or two days before or after a safari.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied by day. Restaurant was always open and service-minded (even delivering to our room). Menu items reasonably priced. We loved the location, set a bit back from the main road, plenty of opportunity to take a walk in the 'villagey' surroundings.

The property was nice though the access to the property is a bit rough! The restaurant offered reasonable choices for vegetarians though they take a long time to serve. The traditional Ugali dish was yummy. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful.

The bed was really, really comfy! The bedding was spotless clean and the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Even us arriving so late, they were ready to offer us welcoming drinks and show us to our lovely room!
