I really enjoyed my stay at Kizumba and it is e best place I've had in East Africa! Staff are super friendly and helpful and you feel.like you're in the middle of the countryside, but town is just around the corner. My banda was gorgeous.

The hotel's location is excellent—it's right in the Arusha city center, just 800 meters from the Maasai Market, making it very convenient for picking up some souvenirs.Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind. We booked a dormitory-style room for three people, and the owner didn't assign anyone else to that room. All in all, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money.

Garden, staff, food,price and quality balance

The location was amazing right in the center. Camilla at the reception is fantastic so is her sister at the bar/restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and the bed really comfortable. The property itself is really beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay there

The rooms were cozy and very clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Nice breakfast included. The garden is a very secluded and beautiful place where it is nice and quiet. Location of the guesthouse is perfect for when you are visiting Arusha.

Such a nice place and the food is amazing!

It’s really good value for the money. The staff is friendly (except the breakfast lady, but she’s probably just quiet). There is hot water, you just have to flip the switch and wait a minute. Breakfast is good. Fyi you have to pay there in cash or card (with 3% surcharge) even if you’re booking says you’ll be charged via booking.com you won’t be. Nets over the beds, but I didn’t see any mosquitos anyway. Nets in front of the windows as well. Beautiful surroundings, you can’t hear the traffic. The restaurant has quite a big menu as well, something for everyone if you don’t want to go out.

Excellent location, tucked away from the main streets. Excellent price-quality and friendly personnel.

The staff was super super nice. Breakfast was okay,nothing fancy. Our room was Clean but smelled a bit Out of the Drainage. We Like staying because it was super Close to the Center and a lot of Great Restaurants were Close. And you cant say anything because it was very cheap

“Worth remembering and definitely worth revisiting”

The property was easy to access and safe to be at. The restaurant and bar with outdoor sections to get comfy. Special thanks to Damian, Vanessa, Innocent and the two ladies in charge of room keeping for their kindness, support and interesting interactions. Arusha has a space in my heart because of Kizumba House.

Each room is a little, cosy hut with wide, wooden comfortable beds and warm water in the attached bathroom (though the pressure was a bit low). The dining room and lounge are spacious and well decorated with local materials. The breakfast was quite substantial. The location, ideal.

The staff is great. Thanks Inocence and the Angelas were very nice and helpful. The hostel is beautiful and clean. The beds are confortable, have nets and were very warm. The restaurant has good food.
