All in all we loved the place. The design of the house and of the outside grounds is beautiful. Just like the photos show. There is also some sitting space on the grass. The windows have a screen, for those who love opening their windows in the night (we felt quite safe doing that). It’s a peaceful place (though some residents would bang the door in the morning…) For the area itself, we didn’t have a problem walking outside, even in the dark. But a sign or something to find the house would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, when showering, the water would flow into the bedroom. We had a lot of water under the bed (it takes time for the water to get warm, therefore a lot of water). The mosquito net was completely wet when lifting it. Maybe adding some extra blockage at the door would help. Also the lights near the bed didn’t really work (but I’m sure it’s fixable).

“Simply lovely”
We had an amazing time at Hakuna Woga Inn. The place is new and beautifully designed, with a comfy bed and cozy duvets. But the best part was Barack — he took such great care of us. He prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners, and spent time chatting with us, which made us feel truly welcome.

Everything about this hotel was amazing: cleanliness, location, appearance, food, and people. The hotel is not in the city center, but that's actually a plus because it's very peaceful here. You can relax or work remotely if needed. Getting to the center is easy by minibus, taxi, or tuk-tuk. And the food here is absolutely delicious! 🥰 Breakfast always includes fresh fruits and crepes, but you can also request lunch or dinner, and you'll get wonderful, freshly prepared meals. A special thank you to Barack, who helped us with absolutely everything and made us feel at home.

We had a good stay ! Rooms are comfortable and clean, we slept very well. And the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also good. I can only recommend to stay there.

“Comfortable homestay with spacious room and beautiful common areas”
The place is great. Very comfortable room, a big bathroom and a shower with hot water, and there is a wide living room and a beautiful, spacious garden. Breakfast was great, and Yuda, the host, cooked dinner for us which was delicious. Yuda is very nice and he helped us with every request we had, and also acted as a guide when we visited a nearby waterfall (hugely recommended). He also speaks Spanish, which was a plus!

“fantastic”
The place was a green oasis a little bit outside of Arusha. The beds were comfortable, and the room was beautifully designed. The garden was beautiful and invites one to chill in it. There are two really cute dogs and there are really exited to see you. The breakfast was huge and the Staff was helpful all the time and helped us organize things. There is a washing Maschine you can use for little money.
