“A little oasis in Arusha”

Agnes, the owner, was so welcoming and kind to us. She made us feel comfortable and at home during our whole stay. She is also an amazing cook and provides exceptional breakfasts and dinners. The place is very clean and cosy and the rooms very comfortable. We also loved the two pet dogs that live on the property :)

Agnes is a super host. She is so kind and willing to help you out as best as she could. Did not experience breakfast at the accommodation as we were travelling early mornings but she packed up boxed breakfasts for us. Bed was comfy. Room was spacious (although if you're sharing a room with someone, the bathroom doesn't have much privacy from the rest of the room). Location is amongst the locals, with a couple shops, bars and restaurants. It felt safe enough (for two people walking around). Agnes has a car service available if you require one, for a good price.

Most amazing was the host Agnes who was super friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she even upgraded our room since it was free. The breakfast was super delicious and fresh. The rooms were spacious and pretty furnished and had a comfortable bed. We felt safe all the time also because of the guard Dani and the cute dogs. We really can’t complain about anything.

A home from home! We have had a wonderful time staying with our host Agness at Blue Elephant Villa. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with a large, separate bathroom and our own veranda where we had Agness’s delicious omelette & fresh fruit breakfast every morning! The location is good. There are local shops and bars just around the corner. It’s a 40 minute walk into the centre or about 6000-8000 Shillings for a Bajaj. But most importantly, it is the staff who make this place wonderful. We can’t praise Agness enough,she opened up her heart and home to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she even looked after us when sick. We booked our Safari with Greg Adventures which is part of the same organisation and from the moment we were picked up from Kilimanjaro Airport to the time we were dropped off, the service was seamless. We had nothing to worry about. Simply Agness and her team have made our time in Arusha a fabulous experience - thank you!!

The people working at Blue Elephant are very friendly and were able to help us with a place to leave our luggage and hang out even a couple of days after we had checked out.

Lovely home feeling, Agnes and everyone helping her are amazing hosts! We even got a private breakfast table on our terrace every morning. We highly recommend the place and will definitely visit again!

Agnes, the owner of the bed and breakfast is very kind. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable when we were feeling ill during our stay. Good breakfast options, close to a few restaurants and pharmacies.

Chilled location with a lovely family and 2 super cute dogs. I really appreciated my stay as the place felt more familiar and you will always get help if you need something. Breakfast was super, I also had dinner and it was really delicious… I only can recommend this place…

Wonderful and generous daily breakfast! Kept me full until late afternoons. Agness, the owner/host, is so kind and friendly and the meals she made in the evening were delicious as well -- especially the soup.

Very close to the city center with a warm welcome and a wonderful host. I had to leave at 5am the next day and received a packed breakfast for the bus.
