Located perfectly for access to main street and the better part of the beach. On site Mermaid restaurant deck is lovely and the menu is large and incredibly good. The few staff we interacted with were lovely. The wifi wasnt working but the owner made a plan so that we would have access the same day we arrived which was great.

The staff is really nice, helpfull, friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. The bedroom was really big and location is great!

Great location. The owner, Dill, is very accommodating and fair with prices. They can organize tuktuks for surf trips as well as lessons.

Staff and location were absolutely amazing! Anything we asked for they accommodated. The food they cooked was home made and delicious. 15 metre walk from the beach and amazing sea views from the room!

“the stuff was very helpful all day.”
We had a n apartment and two rooms with bathrooms. All with ocean view. The owner is a very good and helpful person. For suprise he celebrated my Birthday with the best breakfast I have had in Sri Lanka. Thanks for everything.

The building faces the ocean. It is not common in this area. At the reception you can ask for several services: transfer, trips or safari. The room/ apartment was amazing. A touch of industrial style with all the comforts

Great location, we loved the restaurant and beach club out the front too. The staff were lovely and we kept coming back even after we checked out!! Clean rooms and big beds. Perfect for a few nights

“Just all I needed for a pit stop stay”
Room was excellent and although not one of their apartments, the beds were comfy and the room was well clean. I have breakfast for 8 dollars and that got me well through the day as it is rather copious.

“Good apartment, inexepensive. Wouldn’t take much to make it great.”
The Seaview appartments was great. We were able to make our own breakfast and coffee. It was breezy in the second floor, nice balcony, comfortable bed and pillows. Manager Dill was helpful and responsive.

“FANTASTIC!!”
The location is mindblowing! We wre ready for some relaxed time and when we arrived at the accomodation we were so happily surprised! You're at the beach, with the sound of the sea we slept super peaceful! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You step out of the apartment and you're at the beach with numerous great restaurants and options to surf, or wonderful walks on the beach.

“Perfect”
We liked this place a lot. It has quiet surroundings and a perfect location, just a couple of steps from the ocean and close to good restaurants. We appreciated how the staff helped with anything we needed, even providing us with another room with an air conditioner when ours broke due to a town-wide electricity shutdown. We are very grateful for this. I highly recommend staying here.
