Friendly staff

“Quiet, friendly and clean.”

Very similar to the photos, Charlie and Ihsaan (his son) are both super lovely and will help out with anything you need - they answered all our questions and helped organise a scooter. The location is slightly out of town but this wasn’t an issue for us, about a 10-15 minute walk or a 3 minute tuk tuk/scooter ride. We booked the room without a fan and this was also fine, the ceiling fan works great.

Was greeted warmly. Quiet and peaceful location just a short walk to town. Staff were great, genuine, warm and friendly. Thank you!

“Short & Sweet”

The staff members were really friendly. They have a variety of activities you can do for a good price, such as a safari, lagoon safari etc. Although, we didn't join in any activities during our stay as we spent our time with friends in the area, we were really pleased. The room was really clean and we loved the outside bathroom! You can hear the sea waves at night. The staff arranged cheap transport to help us get to our next location, which was a much better price than we were offered elsewhere.

The little compound is cute and well maintained.

My husband and I loved staying at Kadjan Villa, we had a Tuktuk so it was easy to drive into Aragum each day but come away at night time to be somewhere peaceful. The beach shack was really comfortable and it was lovely to have the chairs and a hammock out the front when we wanted some down time. If you don’t mind animals (bugs, a frog, a squirrel) being in the room then you’ll love the shack but both ends of the room have open panels so animals can pop in! The bed had a mosquito net so it didn’t bother us at all! The staff working there were also lovely and full of advice and tips on where to go in the day and evenings.

“Lovely people at Kadjan”

The staff were fantastic .. friendly and always helpful. We really liked our stay at Kadjan Villa .. beautiful group of rooms away from the town but walking distance along beach or road. Ashan organised places to go and we saw leopards on our safari. What more to want? Our beach was too wild to swim but we could walk to close by swimmable spots. Thanks guys .. we had a great time.

the staff was highly available to meet our requests, breakfast was really good. The place is a bit off the main chaos in arum bay but very close to the main point surf spot.

Very cute villa. We liked the outside bathroom, day bed and hammocks! Nicely remote from the main bay. You can hear the waves crashing from the villa which is nice and relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful!

Extremely helpful people, who organized safari for us that was amazing, very flexible. Nice, chill area, right next to completely empty beach. It contains small house with a kitchen area.

Outdoor bathroom was a nice idea. But as we travelled in off season it was very uncomfortable to use the bathroom due to the rain
