Very relaxed . Our room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful organising transport and game park tour. Location excellent close to the beach , breaky was excellent and catered for gf diet also.Very close to great places to eat . Fantastic coffee directly opposite.

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful, clean and perfectly located, but what truly makes it special is the people. Billie is simply the best — so dedicated to making sure every guest has an unforgettable stay. From recommending hidden gems around Arugam Bay to organizing barbecues, safaris or anything I asked for, nothing was ever too much trouble. His kindness and warmth made me feel completely at home in just a few days. I’ve stayed in many places, but rarely have I experienced such genuine hospitality. Without a doubt I’d come back here again — highly recommended to anyone visiting Arugam Bay!

The location was perfect, few steps from the beach as well as from the restaurants and cafes. What we absolutely loved was Billy - the owner! He went above and beyond with the customer care - the trips he organized for us were the best out of our whole trip accross Sri Lanka. The breakfast was simple but super tasty. Every day something different.

Such a chilled place. You can be in the sea a minute after getting up and out. Then back for a shower and great breakfast. Billie is an amazing host. He took us and some other guests on a local safari where we saw a lot of crocs and loads of local birds. Super helpful. Top marks!

The accommodation is in an excellent location – close to all amenities, restaurants, and the beach, making it perfect for exploring Arugam Bay. The apartment welcomed us clean and tidy, and the garden within the property is a lovely little green oasis for relaxation. Breakfast was quite good, with the freshly squeezed juices being a particular highlight.

Billy and his crew are amazing. Super laid-back, genuinely helpful, and full of good vibes. If you’re up for it, he’ll take you on some great adventures and loves to share his deep knowledge of Sri Lanka’s food, nature and culture. He’s one of those people who really make a place special.

We stayed in Brand new rooms - simple & lovely - owner has designed so they look lovely, and comfortable beds. It was lovely & welcoming with air con & 20sec walk to the beach. Sitting on balcony was very peaceful

Billie who runs this place makes it special. The dinner around the fire pit and scooter safari he provided were fabulous experiences. The breakfasts were also great! Location is perfect right near the beach, shops and restaurants.
