Indu, Chathura and Nifran keep the grounds and the room absolutely spotless. They are constantly sweeping the leaves and sand not to mention happy to clean, beautiful roomy rooms and provide fresh towels etc. we were located so close to everything and a magnificent beach. Convenient walk to restaurants and cafes.

“Perfect stay!”

The perfect place to stay! Owners are lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast every morning eggs, pancakes, fruits and fresh juices. Just 60 seconds from the beach and main area with restaurants, bars and shops and yet still tucked away in a super cute little courtyard. The room is big and comfortable with powerful aircon!

This was one of the best stays we've ever had, all thanks to the staff! They went above and beyond with their hospitality, making us the best breakfasts every morning and cooked us a Sri Lankan dinner one night which was gorgeous! They are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind, and we will truly miss them, as well as the puppy, Forcus! They certainly make you feel at home. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect! You absolutely get your moneys worth and we highly recommend! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

“Questionable Stay In Arugam Bay”

The hotel is located in a good location on the main road near the beach and restaurants. Inside the room it is very quiet and the bed is comfortable. The staff were nice and assisted with any questions I had. There is a cute puppy (Forcus) on the property that made the stay enjoyable. Be sure to play with him, give him plenty of water and treats.

Very comfy bed, great wifi (tricky in the area), super location. Its basic but one of your best bets in Arugam I feel. Also its been quiet though super central.

Everything!! So well appointed, comfortable bed and pillows, air con that works well, lovely staff and location ... If only I could stay in places like this everywhere!

Perfect location and clean rooms. I highly appreciated that the owner was flexible. Initially we wanted to stay 3 nights but we changed our travel plans meaning we would only stay 1 night. The owner immediately arranged a refund for the nights we did not stay :)

Large rooms with comfortable beds and all amenities. Clean new bathrooms. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Good restaurants in walking distance. Nice cool garden full of greenery.

“Great room, great location and great staff.”

The room (king) was very spacious and comfortable with a verandah and sofa outside. The location was very close to the main beach (2 min walk) but also secluded enough that it was not noisy plus the small number of rooms (4) made it even more serene. The staff were excellent. Even though the breakfasts offered were western (the muesli/fruit and yoghurt was delicious), when we requested a Sri Lankan Breakfast for one morning, Gamini (staff) obliged by catering some home cooked breakfast.

Beautiful and comfortable stay in a central area, near to the beach. The owner and his family made our stay very nice and easy. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, beautiful garden, tasty breakfast and a quite place to relax. We will come back soon. Thank you Forcus and family.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are nice and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a nice garden and located close to the beach and restaurants, so very convenient. The staff is friendly. Overall a good place to stay in Arugam Bay.
