Amazing place, spent three months here, good and clean room, amazing staff. Great wifi connexion to work online, 1min walk from the beach, quite and away from the noise in the main road but still close enough if you need to go. Saheer is making sure that everything is setup for your stay and is the kindest.

We had a fantastic stay at CBH, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Arugam Bay. We initially booked for only 1 week, but ended up staying at CBH for our entire 4 month trip to Arugam Bay. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean accommodation, and CBH exceeded those expectations! Our room was fantastic. We had a very comfortable bed (thick mattress), strong air conditioning and fan, and great WIFI internet connection. As my partner and I both work online, the owner (Saheer) organised two portable tables for us to work on. Saheer went above and beyond to make us feel at home! In addition to the great room, there is a functioning kitchen and free drinkable water. Saheer also has a generator if the power in the town goes out, this was very useful to ensure we were able to keep working! We could not have asked for a better place to spend our 4 months! Saheer was extremely kind and looked after us very well!

Great location, close to restaurants and beach.

These small bungalows have a lovely terrace area to sit out on and listen to all the sounds of Aragum Bay. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and shops which is great! The accommodation, inside, is really basic which we did expect and didn't really make us want to spend more time than necessary in there. The staff were friendly and if we asked for help with anything, they tried to assist us.

We were only meant to stay 2 days but kept staying longer because it was so nice. The location is quiet and peaceful but so close to the beach and everything you want! The staff were super accommodating and friendly. Recommend this place very highly

The hotel is a very calm and relaxed place and the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. He can organize surflessons and other activities for guests. The staff is flexible and kind. We can recommend this place.

Hidden gem in Arugam Bay! If you like to escape the busy roads of arugam bay staying here is the perfect location. The cabanas are super comfy and the porch is an extra feeling of having your own little house. Best bed I had in Sri Lanka!! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to stay at this beautiful place!

Absolutely loved staying here! The guys who run this place are a whole new level of friendly and helpful. I kept extending my stay because I just couldn’t leave. The mattress gave me the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had in my life. The location is brilliant- a few mins walk or a quick cycle to the busy bars/restaurants but it’s a good thing as it’s quiet at any given time yet all is accessible. As a sole female traveller I felt 100% safe and taken care of. Would recommend to anyone!

Well set-up with shared kitchen and common area to eat sit and relax. Really useful for a family not having to go out for every meal. Very friendly staff willing to help with everything doing utmost. Rooms extra clean/change after 3 nights. Nicely located very close to shops and variety of restaurants.

Saheer was a fantastic host, always available if we needed anything at all, very helpful and very friendly. So far our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect as its on the main road of arugam bay, just a 2-3 minute walk to the restaurants and bars so also quiet enough to sleep at night. The beach is also less than a minute walk away with is great, we had a car with us and there was a spot available right next to our room for the vehicle and Saheer even washed the car before we woke up to leave on our last day which we appreciated a lot. If you're staying in Arugam bay on this budget then this is absolutely the place to stay
