“Best in Arugam”
My week in Arugam has been perfect thanks to Nalaka and Agra’s people. The breakfast are perfect, especially the pancakes. I’d go to Agra’s if i go back to arugam for sure. Thanks Nalaka! ;))

“Big recommendation, I would always come back”
Very cozy and familiar place. Nalaka, one of the owners was always so kind and caring. Any help regarding dinner, trips, extending stays and so one. The rooms are also very nice, dorms and private room, are comfortable, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. I really really enjoyed the time here.

“Perfect stay in Arugambay”
Such a beautiful hostel, in so many different ways. The vibe is super friendly and relaxed, I met so many nice travelers. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. You will be just a few minutes away from the beach and everything else is pretty close, just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Nalaka is not only an incredible host, always able to help you with any request you may have, but also an incredible friend for your stay! Over the course of 6 weeks I’ve spent the majority here at Agra and couldn’t recommend it enough, plus the breakfast is superrrrrrb! Friday night family dinners were especially a highlight, you’ve got to book a place here when in Arugam bay! Thank you Nalaka :)

Best host ever. Warm welcome, even with a cooled coconut! There is free drinkable water and the rooms are very nice. Great spot also, close to all the important things, 5 min walk to the beach. Recommend!

“Paradise”
Everything. The Sri Lankan breakfast, the curtains, the mattress, the a/c, the people working there so thoughtful, clean all the time, the water to refill bottles to reduce plastic waste, the ambience, close to the beach but in a quiet area.

“Hidden gem in the city center”
Agra is a hidden gem in the city center but there is no noise and really calm street. The host takes cares of everything and prepared a great dinner and every morning a fabulous breakfast. Furthermore we liked the vibe inside this hostel with great guests, but we had our own proper room. So best of two worlds.
