20 House Villa is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the large and secure parking area—very convenient, especially for group trips. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden that adds a calming touch to the whole property. It's the perfect setting to relax with nature all around. One of the best things was the fresh, cool air throughout the day—it really adds to the peaceful, resort-like vibe. We had an amazing time doing a BBQ in the garden; the space is ideal for outdoor cooking and gathering with friends or teammates. Whether you're here for a casual retreat or a team outing, this villa is a top choice. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, 20 House Villa offers comfort and privacy with a touch of nature. Highly recommended for big groups, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing escape.

"I had the pleasure of staying at 20 House Villa during my recent trip to Arugam Bay and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings.
