Located on a hill overlooking Port Phillip Bay, Arthurs Superb Views offers luxurious suites with a double spa bath and a private balcony with ocean and city views. The air-conditioned suites have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. Each suite has a minibar, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Arthurs Superb Views Arthurs Seat is 5 minutes’ drive from Dromana Beach, and 10 minutes' drive from Safety Beach. The Peninsula Hot Springs are a 20-minute drive away. There are also a number of restaurants and vineyards within a 10-minute drive.

“Simply beautiful”
Everything was absolutely amazing. Awesome views, every morning and evening was different, depending on the weather. Will definitely come back… We loved watching the footy while having a glass of bubblie in the spa…❤️

View from room was absolutely amazing! Room was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. Large Smart TV was amazing and great to use during cold wet weather outside and staying in to watch a movie. Spa / shower and comfort of bed / couch were amazing!!
