This is a nice private studio apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood in a nice area of Athens. Not too busy, available shops and dining nearby and just a short walk to the beach. I would recommend it for a single or a couple.

This was a return visit. Once again everything was perfect. As we are visiting in winter, I’m pleased to say that the apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable with warm blankets and the water was hot for showers.

Plenty of space in the comfortable room. We felt very secure. Cooking facilities and table were good. Fotis was very helpful arranging shuttles when we needed them Bus stop right outside for transport to Athens. Pay wave facility when you board.

We arranged with Fotis, and he picked us up and took us to the airport. We spent a day near the airport with the intention of catching another flight the next day. Fotis’s apartment met all our expectations.

The apartment had everything needed if you want to cook; it was clean and spacious. It was very close to the beach, 5 min, we stayed at Seasabela hotel private beach and had to spend a min. of 14 Eur to have the big umbrella and the comfortable sunbeds, but there was also free space under olive trees or other options if you want to go closer to the town beaches, always walking. The apartment is also close to supermarket Sklavenitis with good prices and the town center. Fotis is an amazing host; he picked us from and to the airport for an additional fee which was convenient. He also showed us around so we would get to know the area. We would gladly come back here. Thank you Fotis!

Very friendly host and lovely simple flat. Walking distance to all the towns amenities. Small shop 1 min away has all the basics and coffee shop.

Very close to the airport, but also to the beach and lots of restaurants. Shuttle to and from the airport arranged by the accommodation and was on time. Small ground floor studio apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped and had a great shower. Owner speaks English and is very helpful and suggested nearby places to eat etc.. The town has nice shops and is a pleasant place to visit.

Location is good. Parking is easy. The apartment was very clean and the host is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Access and check in was very easy. Smart TV in the room too. Tavernas and coffee shops a short walk away. Highly recommended. We will definitely use this place again.

We stayed here in order to be close to the airport. It took us 30 min in the morning for the non paying route. The room is very basic, good for just staying for the night. Location is close to the sea. The owner was very communicative and pleasant.
