Comuna Sevan is a recently renovated campground in Artanish, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, private beach area and garden. “Hidden Gem on Lake Sevan”
Our time in Comuna Sevan was incredible, we arrived very late and the staff still catered to us excellently, providing us with a cooked meal despite the restaurant being closed. The house fits 7 people perfectly and the furnishings and appliances in the house are genuinely 5 star hotel quality. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and the heated pool, aswell as playing football and volleyball, the food was fantastic and the service for drinks was also great. I would recommend to any group or couple looking to stay around Lake Sevan. I just want to reiterate how incredible the staff were always so happy to help and offering if they can provide us with any further assistance, they speak great English and I’m sure other languages. If you want to escape from the business of your normal life, this is the place!

“A peace of paradise”
Literally everything was just great! Despite awful weather, pouring gloomy weather and freezing cold ouside we fully enjoyed our stay. We will definatelly come back on summer!

“Great stay by Lake Sevan”
We stayed at Konuna Sevan by Lake Sevan and had a really nice experience. The location is great. It’s right by the lake and the view is beautiful. Waking up there was amazing. We stayed in one of the igloo-style tents. It was clean, comfortable and big enough for us. It had everything we needed. The staff were the best part. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really tried to make us feel at home. They also told us we could contact them anytime if we needed anything. There is also a restaurant by the lake. You can have your meals and breakfast there with a great view. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place

“Amazing location, extremely polite staff willing to solve all the problems”
We were greeted by very polite staff. All of our luggage has been carried for us into our room. The tent is thought through, and was very clean. There were a few issues during our stay, but the staff is available 24/7, and they solved all the issues in the timely manner even at night.

We had such a wonderful stay at Comuna Sevan! The amenities were very modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They spoke multiple languages, and their English was so fluent that it really put us at ease right away. Our tent was super luxurious and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for our stay. The staff checked in on us several times and were incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. The hot water in the shower was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. On top of all that, the setting is truly picturesque and beautiful, the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature in comfort. We highly recommend Comuna Sevan for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!

Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

“exceeding my expectations”
The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. it is a nice place in the shore of the lake, with swimming pool, bar, restaurant... good for relaxing and enjoy the lake. The people in the reception and management staff very kind and helpful, as well as in the pool bar.
