Positive The location is beautiful, immersed in the woods, very quiet and atmospheric, especially in the evening light. Opening the shutters in the morning onto the tree with birds was truly wonderful. The house is very spacious, with beautiful large wardrobes, and the structure clearly has a history that has been well preserved. There are several apartments for rent (around 4–5), but there is plenty of space for everyone, so it never felt crowded. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. The view is stunning, and the nearby village of Adrà is very charming and easily reachable. Right outside the gate, near the old water troughs, a lovely walking trail starts, which was a real highlight. The swimming pool also looked very nice, although of course it was not usable in December. The washing machine is located in a shared garage and is used by all guests; it was functional and convenient, although this was not entirely clear from the description.

A beautiful, traditional rural property in a less commercialised part of the island. The host was attentive but not intrusive.

Very friendly host. Quiet location with truly amazing views on the mountains. Nice little town a couple of kilometers away. Highly recommended. Not a negative, but to be aware of: the last 500 meters or so of the road is quite challenging terrain. We managed fine in a standard non-SUV Focus, but I am happy it was a rental car...

Friendly, welcoming host (and cat!). Very peaceful - we woke up to the sound of the birds and the wind. Large, clean swimming pool. Nice kitchenette with everything we needed for some simple meals. We could help ourselves to herbs from the garden for extra flavour!

Lovely Agriturismo near Arta. Great views over the surrounding mountains. Very quiet. Clean pool. The apartment was small for 4 people but had everything we needed.

One of the most amazing places I have ever been - wonderful location (quiet, away from crowds with lovey views, but also short ride to Artá town), beautiful place with history (the house is 300 old!), clean, spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. Many places to sit and relax in the large garden. Pool is great, too. Rambo the cat is friendly and hopefully the black newbie stays and gets name, too:). The host is kind and attentive and speaks very good English. Many places for parking.

The house is wonderful situated in the countryside 5 minutes driving from Artà. Ideal for people who wants to relax as it is very quiete and peaceful. Luis is friendly and helpful, great host. Apartment clean and quiet big. Bottle of wine received as a welcome gift.

The place is absolutely beautiful. You have a chance to disconnect from the city life and enjoy the mountains. Still it's just a few kms from the city. The night sky away from the city light polution was stunning. I can't remember when was the last time I experienced such clear starful nights. The swimming pool was great.

Very quiet place perfect for relaxation. We love the swimming pool and how helpful and friendly Luis was. Beautiful house with a great history. The view of the valley was spectacular. This property is perfect for children as there are lots of space outside to explore plus farm animals.
