Overview
Set in the Valle del But, this 19th-century building features a wellness centre with sauna and Turkish Bath. The hotel offers satellite TV and free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and includes a large furnished garden. Rooms at Grand Hotel Gortani feature pastel colours and either parquet or tiled floors. This hotel is definitely worth visiting. It's location in the gateway to the Dolomites, Venice and Croatia, make it the perfect stopping off point on a visit to Italy. Swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sauna felt like bliss after driving all day. Considering how lovely the Wellness area is, this hotel offers amazing value for money.

“More than you would expect! Anytime again”
The location, friendly staff, very touching welcome for dogs, the spa area as well as the Massages and the awesome breakfast! We even could extend our trip and got a wonderful new big room for a very good price offering.

“Not the best option for solo travelers — who may change their plans and arrive late (and miss the facilities)”
Sauna facilities only open 4pm-7.30pm. Pool also closes 8pm in the evening, so if you want to catch that arrive early (which I was unaware about). Breakfast was ok, nothing special.
