We went skiing on Zoncolan. Great location, only 15 minutes away. Breakfast was included in the price. The staff was very kind and polite. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. I recommend!

Very clean place with strong (adjustable) heating. A spacious parking is available. A lift helps transporting luggage to the rooms. A Spar is in 50m reach. Very good breakfast with wide choice. The hosts are very friendly. Paula speaks english and is very kind, always ready to help. She has arranged to source a special chocolate cake for breakfast, when she heard that my son liked it so much. Thanks for our nice stay!

Paola is a hidden gem of Italian tourism. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. She recommended great places to eat and gave us useful advice about where to go. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel is small, family-run and very pleasant. Although it is often fully booked, everything runs smoothly. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything was cleaned daily, including perfectly maintained toilets. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The price is very fair and reasonable, but what matters most is the genuine kindness we experienced in this small Italian town.

We had two rooms (a triple and a quadruple). The rooms are large, clean, tidy, the hostess is kind and helpful, she recommended a great place for dinner nearby. The breakfast is delicious. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but we didn't need it.

Good recommendation presented in terms of local restaurant was very helpful. Generally, the place to be recommended both for an overnight stay or longer rest

Breakfast was perfect! Tasty food and calm family atmosphere. Very friendly and supportive staff. It was our first stay in Italy so it was interesting to see the real Italian life and spirit. People who own and maintain this Hotel love it, and we were happy to be there.

12/10. Everything was amazing. Very friendly personal. Room was clean. Beds was very comfortable. Breakfast was like something You remember till the end. Pastries they serve is just mind blowing. If You travel by car, parking space they offer is very big. So no problem to find place even for Dodge Ram owners..Exact location for parking 46.471229,13.024435 So, if somehow our family needs place to stay in that area, we dont even consider other options. If they have room we go there.

A very cozy guesthouse run by a wonderful owner. Comfortable and convenient room. Pets welcome. Close to the highway, good access. Great for traveling. Good breakfast, great coffee. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Superb! Surrounded by mountains affording delightful prospects, in a busy little village. Immacutately clean, comfortable, quiet and with good shower facilities, this is a simple, family run albergo. A great welcome in excellent english, I would happily stay here again. Good mountain style breakfast, all in all, excellent!

The room is beautiful and spacious, and on the balcony you can watch the flight of the swallows, I really enjoyed it! The breakfast is very complete and varied, the croissants are delicious and fresh!
