“A very scenic place to stay.”

It’s our second visit here. It’s a very nice hotel along the way to the coast from the north if you take the scenic route and not the eastern motorway. A traditional family-run hotel, they are very helpful people and the breakfast is awesome, well worth the extra. There’s a restaurant nearby for dinner, also very nice.

Quiet location, perfect for a stop over.

The room was huge, clean and spacious. It had a tiled floor so not cosy but easy to keep clean. It was a stop over for us driving thru. The owners were a sweet Greek couple and l even got a hug for giving them a small tip.

“Old style comfort and personalised detail”

Marathia is an old-style family-run hotel whose owners and staff provide an excellent, efficient and clean establishment, but no amount of money can buy or replicate the individualised care, nor the distinctive excellent food. We loved it and wd stay again and plan to and heartily recommend it

A nice place but nothing remarkable a far from Arta. However it was comfortable - didn’t try the thermal waters

The accommodation was great, with very clean and spacious rooms. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower. There was plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Although it’s not right in the centre, it’s close enough and easily accessible with a short drive. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

“Clean, friendly and great grounds.”

Beautiful grounds to walk the dog. Hotel is extremely clean. I felt as if I was at home having breakfast with family. Beautiful experience with beautiful food and people.

It is in a lovely green and peaceful rural place, with a spacious garden. The rooms are beautifully appointed to a very high standard and are kept spotlessly clean . It is a lovely place to stay.

“A quiet retreat”

It's a lovely quiet spot. The room was spotless . I got upgraded to the suite, which was huge. It has a wrap around balcony, fridge, tv etc.

Great apartment – everything was perfect. We found everything we needed for a short stay. Convenient location, cozy and clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. We stayed with our dogs and felt very welcome. We definitely recommend it!

“Traditional Greek hotel lovely”

Breakfast is a typical Greek one which was fab for my wife & I and it was good value for money. Had we stayed longer we definitely would have had an evening meal. Family owners were lovely people

Lovely hotel with a beautiful garden. Stuff is friendly and approachable. Unfortunately we only stayed for the night since we had a list of stuff to do in Greece so we didn't manage to try food which we belive would be very nice 🥲😊

“A perfect peaceful escape”

The location is absolutely perfect. Nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful nature, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hosts were incredibly friendly and their warm hospitality really added to the charm of the place. While we didn't have the chance to try the spa services during our short stay, we're definitely looking forward to returning and experiencing them next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Fresh rooms in a nice building. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and the aircon worked well for heating. Hot water and nice bathroom. Dog friendly place.
