“Lovely wooden cottage in quiet area with incredible views”

This cottage is located in a wonderfully quiet part of a mountain village, set apart from other homes yet close to an incredible trail leading to the waterfall. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the views from the cabin were absolutely gorgeous. We even went stargazing from the porch, which made the whole experience especially lovely.

“Great place with amazing hosts!”

We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever!

Everything was perfect, clean, cozy and with all facilities you may need. Host was super helpful and nice, we couldn’t leave because of closed roads and host let us stay as long as we needed for free, which was very kind of him. It’s a perfect place to stay, views are amazing and there are no people or buildings around, which makes the stay even more special. Thank you again, I 100% recommend this place, it felt like home

Absolutelly great place! Incredibble view , friendly owners , affordable price. Also we've loved a lot of small things that are pretty important like bathrobe , music column etc. Also the owners have hepled us to get to Stepantsminda ( abot 5 km) . Highly reccomended place !

“The view from the chalet was extraordinary.”

There is no shower cubicle / curtain separating the main bathroom and hence the toilet was always wet.

Great quiet place with fantastic views. And very cute owners who immediately helped us out when our car broke down.

“Beautiful hut in a perfect place”

Lovely view, everything is clean, there is anything you need in the hut and also it is very private. The location is very special and there are waterfalls 20 minutes and 40 minutes of walking from the hut.

The cottage is in a nice and peaceful place. Nearby you can hike to see waterfalls.

The location and the views are simply stunning. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The house has everything you need in a modern design. A stay which should be repeated.

The cottege is modern and comfortable. It has great views on the surrounding mountains and a good starting point for a hard day hike up the Mount Kazbek or short stroll to the miniral pool or the waterfalls. Communication with the host is easy. Our kids loved the rare opportunity duri g this trip of food prepared by their own parents - the kitchen is small but functional.
