This was our favourite place that we stayed in in our two weeks in New Zealand. The room was absolutely fabulous and our host gave us a very friendly welcome. The chocolates, cheese board and wine on arrival were a lovely touch!

Cosy clean and convenient. Close to shops in Arrowtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and warm. Loved our Welcome platter and wine and the afternoon cakes served every day. It’s the little touches that make the difference. Breakfast room was decorated beautifully and our cooked eggs, fruit and yoghurt and toast were filling and delicious.

Greeted at breakfast by Merron who provided us with a continental breakfast and a breakfast to go for a early trip. Arrowtown was a lovely town and ideal for our trip. Room had a washing machine and drier.

Nices, thoughtful touches. The heaters were already running in the room when we arrived. Complimentary wine, cheese Platter and afternoon tea. Friendly staff, great location and breakfast

The Hotel is an easy walk from Arrowtown main street. parking is easy. The room was well appointed and lovely little extras. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The hosts were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

There were so many extras that we really appreciated e.g., the little snacks for afternoon tea, cheeseboard, wine and chocolates. It was also lovely to have a bath, especially after lots of walking, and great to have washing and drying facilities. After stayng in other accommodation that provided full breakfasts (which were always delicious) it was nice to have a simple continental one with great coffee!

Breakfast was great, I mentioned I was Gluten free and there was a GF egg dish, bread and cereal, in addition to some yoghurt, stewed fruits and savoury items. Victoria went above and beyond with home baked goodies for afternoon tea.

There were so many extras! A bottle of good quality local wine A cheeseboard Fresh local fruit Homemade apple cake Breakfast Rooms were tastefully decorated and gardens were lovely. Great style. Quiet, warm and very comfortable. Few hotels are memorable ....but this one was!!

The attention to detail was incredible. The little touches like the welcome cheese platter, wine and chocolates were very thoughtful. The daily biscuits or cake and fruit bowl, barista coffee and different cooked element with the breakfast we as lovely. The homemade poached local fruits and preserves felt very homely and wholesome.

The hospitality was impeccable. Attention to detail shone through in every aspect of the stay, from the presentation of the room, to the greeting letter, to the lovely breakfast.
