Great location! Very close to the beach and there are restaurants and small shops nearby. It's really close to many landmarks. Very beautiful view!

La Guenia exceeded expectations. The host Maria was very communicative and friendly. She was also very helpful. She had left a bottle of wine and a local Canarian cheese as a gift. She had also placed a small chair, table and soft toy for our daughter as a special touch. She was also flexible with check out times. The flat itself is bright, airy and has incredible views both sides of the building. It is very well set up and comfortable. The location is amazing in El Mojon, a little village in the middle of farms and below a beautiful volcano with lots of walks from the house. If you have mobility issues, it is also perfect and really set up for people with reduced mobility.

The location was great to explore Arrieta and we had everything we needed in the appartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom /shower great.

A spacious 2 bedroom flat, good for a bigger family, good location near the beach, big kitchen and e front garden where you can eat if the weather is good, you can also admire the view on the highway while having a shower

Food was not part of the package. Location was very good - the reason we booked the apartment. House keeper was excellent - very helpful and made a very ordinary apartment feel fresh and clean.

Location

Our stay at Calma Suites was ok, the one thing to write home about was the proximity to the beach. It was in a perfect location and the small town had everything we needed. The balcony at the apartment was pleasant and we enjoyed many evenings sat outside playing cards and drinking wine! We did however have some issues, the washing machine was not working and despite us bringing this up… it was never fixed throughout our stay. We arrived and there was no iron, however the gentleman in charge of the management of the apartment quickly got us one (albeit without an ironing board). The sheets were clean but damaged with little holes in them, the window shutters were quite dirty with dust that looked like it had accumulated for quite some time - not just from the dust storm during our stay. The master bedroom was missing a shutter meaning that for 2 nights we had to sleep in a very bright room, however this was rectified a few days after we highlighted the issue. The downstairs entry door was continuously propped open with a stone which meant that all sorts of dust and sand accumulated in the entry, there was also one occasion where there was dog poo on the step inside the building which wasn’t great, there also seemed to be an abandoned bag of dog poo by the entry gate (we suspect this may have been the neighbours). We also had a heatwave during our stay, sadly we weren’t provided with any sort of fan despite the 40 degree heat so we did suffer… also given my friend was pregnant and was having a tough time in the heat which was disappointing. All in all it was fine but very simple, the manager was nice and quick to respond but we probably won’t stay here again.

The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you need for your stay. It was super clean and had all the appliances and utensils needed. There were only two of us and the apartment would definitely be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. We only used one bedroom and another room was left empty. The area is very nice and there is everything you need like local stores and restaurants. We really liked the area even though we only stayed for a short time. In general, we had no other problems with the apartment or parking. It was great that the apartment was equipped with all appliances such as a kettle, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. The terrace was a nice extra, we had a wonderful breakfast there.

lovely clean spacious apartment. great location in a quiet street , 2 mins walk from the beach and the town . good value for money . well equipped .. . fold up beach chairs would have been good otherwise all good .. photos of property online all good and true to life
