It was not the experience I expected. There were ants everywhere in the apartment, they cooked with us, ate with us, slept and even had a shower with us. Kitchenware were too, too basic, barely enough and some of them were not in good condition nor clean. There was a piece of cloth in an "oh-my-God" state! Wifi was shared with the whole floor, it was incredibly poor, and I'm not sure if it was even safe. There was another network, more steady but equally or more slow. The coffee jar was cracked, it was then replaced. There were no night lamps in the bedroom, when asked for them, we received an instant and sound No. The same answer when we asked for a knife to cut a pineapple. We also asked for extra pillow that never came. There was no bar for the hand towel in the bathroom, less for body towels. It also takes a couple of hooks on the wall! The receptionists were barely ok, not helpful nor friendly at all. The only good aspect is the location in front of Praia Grande. Truth be told, the pictures on the website don't lie, the apartment is just what it looks like, a little too "minimalist" for my taste. We'd certainly will not return unless there were big changes and no other options around. By the way, we left but the ants were still there to wave goodbye.

Location, Location, Location .. and friendly staff. Not everything in the hotel was as I've expected, but every time, staff responded in a timely manner, fulfilling all my requests. Big thanks to Igor from the front desk.
