Our experience at this beautiful property was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with great attention to detail. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and every meal was a delight. The ambiance of the property is serene and luxurious perfect for a relaxing getaway or even a special celebration. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall management deserve full marks. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and hassle-free stay. We are already looking forward to visiting again!

“RESORT RIO IS A FRAUD.”
Nothing. They are frauds. They made us late as the room key system was not working for 1 hour and due to that we were both able to get in the room. And when we check out late by 1 pm instead of their check out time of 11 am, they charged us 6000 additional for that. The staff is rude and not at all cooperative. Nazeef and Pradip were the worst people I have ever met in hospitality sector . They even charge you 300 for laundry bags. Its a 2 star hotel with 0 star facility.

Weird rules of the resort.. Extremely unprofessional.. I have not seen any resort taking advance payment and deposit.. Not allowing family members to meet.. No wonder people don’t prefer it nowadays.. Pls don’t visit even if you get room free..

“Very nice place for a holiday”
A very Nice place for a holiday. good spacious rooms and very nice food. The staff are all very nice and sweet and make you feel at home. Had some great talks with severs of the staff 🙏 If something bothers you it is changed at once. We were there in off season and there were not many tourists, so we got special treatment all the way through our stay. The director of the hotel came personally and said goodbye when we left after 7 days and we had a farewell gift. can warmly recommend this place. the hotel is close to Arpora, a nice little village with good restaurants too , so the location is perfect too..
