“Dismal”
The contact with the owner seemed to be good. However this apartment is in need of a makeover and deep clean. The apartment and complex do not resemble the pictures. Cleaning on arrival left a lot to be desired and we went out and bought anti bacterial cleaning products, cloths and disinfectant. The sofas are deeply stained and we covered them with sheet and blanket. The beds and bedding appeared to be clean and the request for new pillows prior to arrival was granted. The kettle, toaster and water filter were all that we used but there is a microwave and hot plate if needed. One bedroom door had been kicked and taped over the lock. The bathroom tap was not secure, reported but the repair was not completed during our stay.

Ambience was good,peaceful. Location of stay is close to baga beach max 3km. Owner is very helpful, he provides detailed information regarding various location. I liked the stay.

“1st time Home Stay Family trip”
I had booked homestay for the 1st time. Was a little apprehenssive in the begining. But the moment I reached there, my all apprehension vanished. No difference between what is shown online and what is really available.Location is perfectly in between Bagha beach and Calaungute beach. Property is neat and clean with all amaneties suitable for 2 families or 1 large family. All utensils for self cooking is available. Goa' best sea food restaurant " Fat Fish" is just walking distance. One can enjoy swimming pool also, which is well maintained by society.Most important Sanjit the owner is superb host. I booked this property as a tourist and in return got a wonderful friend.. Value for money. Worth it. Go for it.
