“Perfect Arosa retreat”
I arrived by train - it's right next door so super convenient. Heated personal lockers for all your skiing gear. The gondola and a chair lift are right behind the hotel - just the perfect location. Nice spa area with two different types of saunas, a steam and a whirlpool area. Staff are amazing - try an amaretto sour at the bar !! Attention to detail is perfect - bentley scales and a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom:)

“Swiss quality at its best”
The location is perfect. The hotel room was very well established with a separate kitchen/living room and balcony. Lovely Penhaligons bath/shower products were provided with a brand new Dyson hairdryer. A large smart TV in the living room where all the English channels were available. Breakfast was excellent. We will be returning to this wonderful hotel.

“Beautiful, clean and spacious 2 bed hotel apartment overlooking the lake”
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family of four. It was a beautiful, clean apartment with a washing machine, kitchen and dining area and a gorgeous balcony with view of the lake. It was really spacious. The spa was spotlessly clean and a lovely relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious and great that the Arosa card allows full free access to the boating and cable cars etc.

Very good location, close to train station and ski lifts. Super clean, there is a great sauna downstairs and a very good ski room with lockers for ski equipment. Pretty good breakfast. Nice bar.
