Overview
Located in central Arolla, Hotel du Pigne is only 300 metres away from the Les Fontanesse ski lift. The restaurant serves regional specialities and has a large terrace with mountain views. Rooms here are fitted with a minibar, coffee making facilities and a seating area. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and telephone. Nothing better than a massage to offer you a moment of relaxation. Arolla Ô Massages welcomes you to our premises. Parking in front of the hotel, Green Mobility service and free Wi-Fi throughout the establishment. The bus to Sion stops right at the door / Extra for dog 5 CHF per night.

I stayed as part of the Haute Route, and my stay was the end of a very tough day. The staff were excellent, first calling me to check I was okay (I didn’t arrive until late) then keeping the kitchens open to cook what I ordered from the menu. Absolutely first class. The breakfast was great too!

“Fabulous, a real highlight of the haute Route trip”
Staff were amazing, I needed to see a Dr after an accident and one of the hotel staff drove me 15k to Evolene, and waited while I saw Dr and drove me back, when I returned the lady on reception went out of her way to work out how I could try and continue my planned haute Route accommodation choices but by public transport since I could no longer hike. The room was lovely with fabulous mountain views. Breakfast was also really good, Nespresso coffee, wonderful bread eggs etc. Would love to come back here

“Nice place”

“It’s a lovely hotel in an ideal place for hikers and nature lovers.”
We loved the location and the breakfast was good. The apartment was really great as there was a double and single bed upstairs so it was like a little duplex. Ideal for a family.

“Nice hotel with beautiful view in the center of Arolla”
The hotel is right in the center of Arolla with parking in front. Nice terrace and large restaurant. We liked the hotel and our stay very much.

“Great hotel on the Haute Route”
This was in the perfect location for us walking the Haute Route. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. The room was large and the shower was nice and powerful. We had a bath which was amazing after a long walk.
