“Not clean!!”

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. It was also very quiet - by virtue of me being the only one staying in that particular building. Breakfast was decent but no gluten free options available.

The gentleman who was on duty when we arrived was very accommodating, as were the other staff. The location and price were good for a cheap night's stay. The radiators worked well in the bedroom.

Great location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast - a good place to stay.

The hotel is in the city centre. Called the receptionist to arrange the late check-in. He was very nice and polite, answered all the questions, and gave clear instructions. Check-out in the morning is fast and easy. The room is tidy and in good condition. The bathroom is fully furnished and has enough space to place personal things.

The room was large and quiet. The location is very nice in a quiet square next to a former town gate. The check-in process was straight forward, even though it's necessary to call a phone number once you reach the entrance.

When reaching after 6 p.m the person has to call a number to get a code to open the safe to get key. It is very difficult for foreigner as my phone does not work. I had to ask someone on the road to call the number to get my room.key. It would have been good if the code could be sent via email.

The room was generous with kitchen fully equipped . Bathroom was large with nice shower cabin and lot of space. The view was fantastic.
