Situated on the edge of a forest in Arnoldstein, just 250 metres from the Dreiländerecke Ski Lift, Haus Maria offers a traditionally-decorated self-catering accommodation unit with a terrace, free WiFi and access to a garden with barbecue facilities and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Private parking spaces are available on site free of charge. The alpine-style apartment at the Maria also comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a living area with a sofa. In addition, it features a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. On request, breakfast is served daily at the property. Guests at the apartment can also take advantage of a ski storage room. A cross-country skiing track starts directly on the premises, and during summer, hiking and cycling trails are also available.

Great place and I would definitely recommend to families. Very positive owner who helped us a lot, as we came late. This is beautiful and authentic house in Austrian mountains, perfect natural beauty! Very clean and cozy inside!

“Perfect.”
Everything was Perfect ! The place was beyond my expectations. I was really surprised that I could find there everything I needed. Coffee, milk, sugar, crayons for kids and even umbrellas in case of rain. I spent there only a night on a way back from my holiday but I am sure thay IT was not my last stay there. Thanks a lot !

“Excellent stay.”
We had a fantastic stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the house spotlessly clean and Josef & Maria are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house is set in an idyllic setting with a fabulous view of the mountains. There is a small playground and large trampoline for the kids and even a swimming pool. Our 3 children loved it. Unfortunately we only got to stay for one night as we booked it passing through from Italy. However we will definitely be back!
