“Wonderful Birthday in Erlendorf”

Everything, from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. Our host Saskia was absolutely wonderful; nothing was too much of an ask. We celebrated my birthday- Saskiagreeted us and sang happy birthday also put balloons, donuts and wine in the studio! We even had a beautiful fire pit under the stars!

Amazing hosts and it was like a little piece of heaven in nature! Everything was perfect, we even canceled some planned activities in order to spend more time in this place.

“Spacey loft designed for relaxing of two.”

The spacey loft has been _designed_ with care. The possibilities to relax were exceptional (massage chair, sauna on demand, bathing at discretion at the river). I could even recharge my plug-in hybrid car with a 220 V socket for free and got a bottle of vine on arrival.

If you want to drink your morning coffee next to the river and during the day explore the natural beauty of Austria, Slovenia or Italy, this is the perfect place!! Everything is so close. Dear hosts, thank you so much for your warm hospitality and unforgettable stay. See you again!

“Nice apartment, sauna in beautiful garden near river”

Nice sauna with proximity to a river. Breakfast was brought to the apartment. Host was very friendly. Good place for bikes outside under a roof. Bike cleaning was offered.

“In one word - amazing!”

Staying with Saskia and her husband was the best. They are such a lovely people full of beautiful energy. Their hospitality was exceptional. I have experienced this kind of homy feeling just few times, when staying somewhere. The first impression was amazing, we were traveling late and Saskia was really worried about our safety during the travel. And the other day in the morning we found dog treats and dog bowls for our dog, which was this little detail, that really made me feel like home. So thank you about that and if there is ever chance to come back, i will 100% think about staying at your place.

Super friendly host! Helpful, kind and great recommendations! Local Italian food was delicious and delivers. The sauna and massage chair were incredible especially after a long car trip ;) Lovely location which tonnes of nature around, great place for a dog. The apartment was beautifully furnished and generally just very beautiful and high quality! Lovely bottle of wine for us too. Super enjoyable stay, highly recommend :)

Everything! From the apartment to the owners... Apartment was more than perfect, clean , warm etc... So as owners, very kind and helpfull. We also had problem with a car, they did everything they could so we solve the problem and continue with vacation. We are deffinitly comming back in future.. Big recommend !!!

“Perfect location to escape and rest from the daily routine!”

We had such a perfect stay at FACT Apartments, hosts are truly kind and caring. The Apartment has everything you may need, including the dishwasher. Saunas are available in the garden area and could be shared among the guests, but it is also possible to have all the privacy needed, based on what you're looking for. I higly reccomend this location not only for its comfort but also and mostly for the owners kindness - as we arrived, we found bowls and snacks for our tiny wiener dog, too!

Super welcoming host! The apartments are located in a small quiet village between Tarvisio and Villach. The big garden has saunas and a trail along the river in the back, great if you have dogs which are very welcome in the facility. Furniture and products used by the host are of high quality. Great value for money!

Everything was stunningly beautiful. The owners are incredibly nice people. The garden and terrace are wonderful. Everything is clean and tidy. I would recommend it to everyone, also with children and dogs. Dogs are welcome with snack and dining bowl.

Great location near the border to Italy, clean and quiet area, amazing garden with acces to the river, the owner is very friendly, on the next trip we plan to return here!
