“Outstanding accommodation”
Everything! The apartment was spacious and clean. Fantastic building and the attention to detail was first class.. Excellent location for the delightful city of Arnhem and easy to find/park. Sonja, the host, was so helpful. I really do highly recommend the Walburgis.

Great location and central to everywhere we wished to visit Parking on site was a good bonus Bell tower suite gave us access into the bells which we were able to ring The four poster bed was extremely comfortable Sonjia the host met us on arrival and was very helpful

“Unique stay”
Staying here was such a unique and exquisite experience — sleeping in the oldest church in Arnhem felt truly special. The space has been beautifully repurposed while keeping its soul, and the room itself was perfect in every way. We also had our wedding reception at a nearby restaurant, and the interior of the room provided the most stunning background for our getting-ready pictures. Everything inside feels fresh and thoughtfully chosen — from the utensils to the equipment, all new and of very high quality. The highlight for us was definitely the bath and shower area, which is without a doubt the prettiest we’ve ever seen in a hotel. A truly unforgettable stay — perfect for anyone looking for something beyond the ordinary.

An astonishing, beautifully designed, unique and spacious apartment, with great views of Arnhem. The host (Sonja) was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially for those who are looking for something different and unforgettable.

“Fun and interesting place to stay”
Really fun and interesting place to stay - the tower of an old church. The city is reasonably small and walkable so getting around was really easy from the hotel. We didnt eat at the restaurant downstairs but it smelled great outside the apartment.

“Church building close to town center”
Great location within a short walk into town for restaurants and bars. Free car parking outside of the building. A very nice warm welcome from the host. Lift provided access to room.

Top location in the centre of Arnhem! Beautiful appartments with kitchenette. Safe parking on site (15 Eur p.n.). We were allowed to leave our car even after check out since we wanted to explore the city. Sonja welcomed us and gave us a little informative tour of the church. She responded immediately when we had questions and was very helpful with suggesting restaurants and things to do/see. Arnhem is a beautiful city to explore - nice shops, a market, restaurants, and beautiful buildings. We would definitely stay at Walburgis again.

“Perfect stay in Arnhem.”
Perfect location, minutes from John Frost bridge and the shops and restaurants and the most amazing building. Room was beautiful and it would be hard to beat for a place to stay in Arnhem. Sonja was friendly and so helpful.

700 years church with full comfort. We had a rooftop rooms with 3 floors and rooftop terrace. It's atmosfere is fabulous. Elevator to 3rd floor and bridge straight to apartment.
