Nothing. It was filthy. Not what we had thought we had booked. Pictures show, clean, spacious, well equipped caravan. We opened the door to damp, dirty, well worn filthy upholstery and furnishings. Arrived Thursday to find waking up Friday to no gas supply. BBQ that is pictured on advertisements would have been helpful to cook food. Reception staff very curt when asking about it.

-We were provided with a single roll of toilet paper for two people over a three-day period. This meager provision is inadequate, especially considering potential medical or personal needs. Having to request additional toilet paper from the reception was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. -The website misleadingly claims that WiFi is included. In reality, WiFi is only available in public spaces, and this crucial detail is buried at the bottom of the webpage. Such misleading presentation is frustrating and feels deceptive. Important information like this should be prominently displayed. -While bed sheets were supplied, there were no towels provided. This crucial detail was not disclosed on the website. When we inquired at the reception, we were curtly informed that towels are not provided. This is unacceptable, as towels are a basic necessity that guests should not have to request. -The absence of hand soap in the bathroom was another glaring issue. We had to ask for hand soap, and were resentfully given a single bottle, which we then had to use for hand washing, showering, and dishwashing due to the lack of dish soap. But we were provided a dish sponge without soap, absolutely nonsensical. -Only option to purchase necessities is camping supermarket that closes at 1 PM and is closed on Wednesdays. This is highly inconvenient for guests without car, considering the long walk to the bus stop (15min), infrequent bus service, and distant location of the nearest supermarket (20min bus). The website should clearly state that having a car is essential. -The coffee machine was dirty and lacked coffee filters. Expecting guests to purchase an entire package of coffee filters for a short stay is unreasonable. -We also rented two bicycles, which were exorbitantly priced at €11 per day. One bike had a broken light, posing a safety problem, and the other bike’s saddle could not be adjusted, rendering it unusable for anyone of average height. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
