Large comfortable room with bathroom across from room but only for our use. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and helped us with any questions we had on catching buses into Arnham, which was only a 5 min walk to the bus stop. Everything you could wish for was supplied in the room including wine, beer and nibbles at no extra cost

Lenie was a wonderful host—she stayed up late to welcome me and made my stay feel very personal and comfortable. The homemade breakfast with smoothies, muesli, and fresh pastries was a delight! She also helped me with directions to the event I attended.

I would have given this property more than 10 out of 10 if I could have. What a great place to stay, rooms are spacious and the hosts have thought about everything that might be needed by guests and have provided it. We stayed in the triple room on the first floor and had our own balcony looking over the rear gardens. Hosts were great, friendly and very knowledgeable on the local area. Breakfast well what can I say besides WOW fantastic spread and choice of foods and drinks they even provide a paper bag for you to pack lunch with whats left. Plenty of on street parking outside Really don’t want to say how good this place is as it will get booked up for next time we use it lol.

Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. We were made to feel very welcome by the host. The home is beautiful, in a great location about a 20 minute walk to the centre but on a direct bus route too. Breakfast was just perfect!

Fantastic stay in two very cozy rooms, the owner definitely has a knack for decorating. Everything was super clean and there were various thoughtful details like lemon water in the fridge and nice toiletries in the bathroom. It's at a pleasant location, walking distance from the city center (around 25 min. walk). We were informed getting there by bus is easy and of course a lot faster, but the weather was nice so we chose to walk. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. It was a feast for our taste buds as well as our eyes, since the table was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great, atmospheric and hospitable stay in Arnhem!
