“Lovely little hotel on the beachfront for a very good price”

Nice little hotel right opposite the beach. Rooms are spacious and have all you need. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant onsite very reasonable and quality food.

Awful

Very friendly the guy who took care of me also I could check in at 1am. The whirlpool is a bathtub there is no function to have bubbles just to know before. If you need anything the people there try to solve it but theres a lack of English speaking people but that was no problem with google translation. Its located 2min away from the beach maximum so for a cheap night at the beach its ok.

A cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and responsive to various requests. The owner of the hotel is attentive and ready to help with various questions. The pleasant territory of the hotel. The on-site restaurant is good, very tasty and varied food. The hotel has a sea view. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the seashore. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is close to the airport, taxis are convenient and inexpensive. It's nice to swim in the sea between flights. Very nice hotel by the sea and close to the airport.

The owner demanded money when I had already paid for the hotel online. He is a scammer!

The Black Sea with sandy beach is just across the road. Nice relaxation zone in the garden. The owners of the place are super helpful and friendly. Very nice restaurant at the premise with good homecooked food. Only 25 minutes by taxi to IST airport.

Everything you need is near. Clean and nice room. Realy nice and helpful staff and the owner. Beach is realy close. Also nice that it's a restaurant inside and you can order food to your room. There was no noisy guests and companies while we were staying. It's lovely for People who are living In big cities to have backyard where you can chill.

Welcoming and kind hosts. Excellent location near the airport and the sea across the road! The sea (Black Sea) is clean, the water is a little cooler than the Mediterranean. There are stones, but no problem for swimming . The beach is sandy and pebbly, clean. There many cafes and grocery shops nearby.

Perfect location - the sea is just in 2 steps from the hotel entrance. One of the owners speaks English and very attentive and polite. The bed is very good. Ambience is very local/authentic.

A hotel near the airport with a beautiful sea view. The host was amazingly friendly, and I was able to get everything I needed from him. For a one-night stay, the facilities were sufficient and worthwhile. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will definitely come back. (+) the hotel address registered on Google Maps is different from the actual address (as of June 2023). It's advisable to obtain the accurate location from the host.
