It was horrible place I have ever seen. Very dirty , no sheet , no blanket , air conditioning not working , washroom has problem , at 5 AM I woke up with loud sound of mosque ….

The guy at the desk was nice felt sorry for him as he has to answer people and try and do his best when the owners obviously don't want to spend any money.

Staff members are really helpful. Location is good, near airport, also easy to come from Istanbul. Many beautiful places around. Hotel itself is calm.

“Newly revamped hotel in an excellent location with great restaurants and easy walking to all the sights. The management”
The location was excellent. The Hotel had been revamped and was modern. The manager was really friendly and more than happy to provide tea and water. It was an easy walk to all the local sights and loads of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel

“Missing TV remote and kettle”
We went to our room to discover that there was no kettle and tv remote and toileteries in the bathroom. We requested that they be ready at the reception for when we returned from eating out. We specifically said to not go in the room as all our belongings were left in the room but when we came back, they had gone against our request and entered the room just to put the toileteries in. As for the kettle, he said they didnt have any left and the tv remote would be bought to the room in the next 20 minutes. We waited and waited until we fell asleep with no sign of anyone coming to give the remote. We had to check out early at 1am, and when we left the same receptionist made no comment about the missing remote. We were not asking for anything extra, and it was really dissapointing how the receptionist showed lack of care and enthusiasm.
