“A good choice”
Stayed for a night during transit and it was a good choice. A well maintained hotel with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Ordered a shared cab to leave at 4.30am and the price is slightly lesser than mentioned, so everything was great.

A good option for an overnight stay before a flight. The hotel is located very close to the airport — it took us about 10–15 minutes to get there. We arrived at the hotel by taxi, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a transfer back to the airport for us, which was very convenient.

“Good”
Very professional. I messaged them at 6 .a.m when I arrived at Istanbul airport. I needed a room for a couple of hours while I was waiting for another flight. They replied very fast, and they organized a transfer for me from the airport and to the airport. Good hotel if you need a room for a one-day stay near the airport.

Location is very good that's it is very close to bus stop to/from airport. It is also close to the main market, the food is so good! Room is also clean and comfortable, very nice for short stay before the next flight

Perfect for a stop in Istanbul between two flights. We took the shuttle 30 euros for 2 adults and a child from and to the airport. Really well explained with a video to show you where to meet them. Staff really nice and helpful. The room was good. We could check out a bit later with the transfer so that was perfect for us and our baby.

“Great value for money, convenient location for layover, helpful staff.”
My family missed their connecting flight, and we ended up booking Heaven Inn. They really did an awesome job to help my family have a comfortable layover overnighting before their morning flight, whether that was coordinating for efficient airport shuttle pick-up, to the check-in process, to waking them up and arranging shuttle bus back to the airport. The price was also very reasonable. My family liked the cleanliness and coziness of the hotel.

Worse service! I paid for transfer from hotel to airport...delay was 30 minutes. 10 minutes before booked time i reminder girl from reception..after 10 minutes delay i asked where my transfer...she said i need to clarify, but information not provided... After 15 minutes delay driver arrived, but he said i don't have in schedule and 8 must to wait additional 15 minutes....in general even he delivered me to arrival bus station in airport, because police prohibited...i think they dont have any documents for such activities...
