Very very good staff and OMER front desk manager was great and assisted a lot with regard to required assistance for stay and even made special turkish food dishes on my request. Hotel is very very close to IST airport and lot of shops restraunts in close vicinity.

Relatively close to the airport. The room was comfortable and good for two people. The transfer between the airport and the hotel is very good.

The location is really nice, close to airport and many restaurants and shops. Special thanks to Omer for showing great hospitality and being very helpful.

I stayed there for one night with my 7-month old baby as we had a flight connection. The location is excellent for such cases. What truly made our experience special was the incredibly helpful and understanding staff. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours. The hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out and were very flexible when I had to change the check-out time and airport transfer several times. I am especially grateful for their support, as it allowed my child to stay in a calm environment and get proper daytime sleep. This made a huge difference for us and helped a lot during our subsequent flight. Thank you so much for your kindness and care — it meant a lot to us!

Customer service was excellent. Shout out to Omer on reception, very helpful. Bed was comfortable, excellent shower and great value for money plus only a short taxi ride from the airport.
