“Filthy room, used bed – I had to leave”
I booked two rooms: one for me, one for my kids. Their room was okay. Mine was disgusting – dirty floor, dusty toilet, hairs everywhere. The receptionist was kind and cleaned the floor, but when I checked the bed, it was clearly used: hairs in the sheets, brown stains on both sides of the pillow. That was the last straw. I left and booked another hotel. Asked for a refund – no reply. Totally unacceptable.
