The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Everywhere was super clean! The garden was a delight.

Take good care by the hosts! Great conversations with them - Graham and Izzy were great hosts! Look forward to stay when I visit Pompadour again!

A lovely house tastefully decorated and furnished to suite its age and status. Good parking and within walking distance of the Haras and Château.

A lovely house interestingly decorated. A quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. Very well maintained attractive gardens and play area for children. Excellent breakfast served with a smile in a light-filled room. The highlight is the hosts….friendly and helpful.

“The perfect choice”

The location to town and excellent B&B facilities, in this sympathetically restored Manor House, was the perfect choice on our first visit to this area. The warm welcome from the Scottish owners made us feel relaxed the moment we ( and our classic French Car) came through their gate. Izzy & Graham seemed to anticipate our needs before we'd even mentioned them - telepathic? They've managed to create a jewel of a place that works perfectly for couples and families on holiday, as well as the visiting professionals from the 'Horse Fraternity' - that's the real magic of Lime Trees. Hope to go there again

Best place to be! We stayed for one night but definetely we’ll come back and stay more days next time. Owners are really nice people, their house is magic and the garden superb! All really clean and done qith love. And Our children felt like being in Disneyland! Congrats for this super excelent place. A must

Lovely hosts and beautiful place. Highly recommended as well as the auberge nearby. The area is worth the detour for a stop over or as a base for a few days.

We stumbled upon this gem of a place when travelling south. We were tired and needed a hotel, and the booking.com algorithm suggested this as a possibility. We kind of regretted that we had to continue, this place is so much more than just a road trip stop. The breakfast was exceptional and the garden is well worth an early morning stroll.

The location was just perfect, we don't live far away and spent the afternoon at Pompadour races and wanted to stay overnight. Lime trees is just on the edge of the race course, walking distance. Graham and izzy, our hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was superb, variety of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts,jams, fruit juice and boiled eggs/charcuterie. Our room was comfortable but only slight thing was the bed(we are tall) so it was a bit small, but did not deter from a comfortable sleep.we look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

beautifully renovated, huge garden.

We stayed 8 nights. The House is Fabulous. The Garden is a Beautiful green setting,it's also a paradise for children; Games, swimming-pool etc... The staff is caring, kind naturally. Many thanks Issy and Graham for these pleasant moments. Elsa and her Dad. ps: The breakfast is fabulous...i loved my eggs and my chocolate ;-)
