It's a very furnished mini apartment, with everything one needs to live. I stayed a single night but you can easily stay a lot more

It was fairly small (about 3m x 6m) but was nicely appointed, comfortable and had all usual amenities. Only a short drive into town and, as it was raining, I would have driven wherever I was.

The service on arrival was great. We chatted with our host and have us advice on eating out, places to visit and offered us the opportunity to contact him for any requirements. The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Washing machine and dryer were available. A great stay.

I got in late and it was dark, and being in a new city I got horribly lost. Alvin the manager guided me while staying on his phone until I got to his apartment. He was on the phone for about 15 mins Amazing and very patient

Check in,finding the place and parking is easy. Room has everything you could possibly need for a very good price.

The location was a bit tricky as I was relying on my GPS however if I was looking for sines it would have been easier.

West side apartments was brilliant. It is located behind a mini shopping area with lots of cafes and a laundromat, but just out of town. Staff were prompt in replies and really helpful with check in. Room was great with everything you need plus a washer dryer. Loved it.

Great location from New England Highway with all that was needed for a comfortable stay while touring the area. A good supply of crockery and cutlery and toiletries. Ideal for solo traveller.

The location was excellent. Staff were very lovely and friendly they meet you at the door. Was clean and tidy close shops. Secure parking and security cameras would definitely stay again.

The studio apartment was compact, but very well equipped, with outstanding presentation. The apartment location was not initially obvious, at the rear of a small shopping centre. The shopping centre included a cafe, restaurant, a small supermarket and a laundromat - all things that a traveler might need, close at hand.

The room being a studio was a bit weird. It didn’t have any windows , except for a skylight you could open with a long pole setup. It had aircon which you had to have on all the time to get enough air. It was a bit like being in a dungeon. The facilities overall were good and it was very quiet.

Have been here before and very handy when travelling the New England Highway in this region. Plenty of car parking available although not under cover. Fast food vendor within walking distance for a quick meal for over night stay. After hours check-in was available which I used and found uncomplicated.

Alvin was very welcoming and helpful. He demonstrated the apartments facilities. We especially liked kitchen and washer/dryer.
