“A bikers dream”
We booked this last minute as nothing else was available. We were so glad we did. After a long cold wet day on motorbikes this was just what we needed. Comfy bed, heat pump big tv room to move great shower and undercover parking. Supermarket a quick 5 min trip on bike to get some supplies. Michael was a great host and full of suggestions. We will be back as it is a great base for riders.

“Lovely cosy cottage with everything you need”
We loved staying at this property. It is just out of Armidale with farm views and is very cosy. It is well fitted out with a great kitchen and bathroom.

“Fantastic place and location”
We had the most amazing time at two dog folly. The studio was comfortable,clean with all modern amenities. The location is fabulous, it is peaceful and so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the birds and kangaroos. We would happily go back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us

“Pet friendly haven”
A perfect spot to kick back on the covered verandah and watch the sun set over the rolling hills. We stayed in the studio, which is the verandah-side part of an old worker's cottage. It's a bit larger than tiny-house size - simply furnished but with everything you need - but with a huge bathroom (with glorious free-standing bathtub!) added. The peace and quiet, the sense of privacy (without isolation), and the stunning bush/agricultural setting was the highlight. Short-ish walk - short drive - into the heart of Armidale. Great sunbathing spot for the dog on the verandah, with lots of birds, lizards and roos to sniff. We'll be keen to visit again.
